Billing & Deal Desk Analyst

**What You'll Do**:
The Deal Desk team supports mainly two types of commercial agreements:

- We build pricing structures for Retailers, Brands & Agencies on our fast growing Retail Media business.
- We create Incentive deals for large clients and agencies on our historical Commerce Growth solutions.

You will report to the Manager, Deal Desk - EMEA & APAC and will also work very closely with the Deal Desk & Billing Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting efficiently the preparation profitable incentive deals (~60%)
- Guide client solutions teams worldwide through the rebate / incentive deal process for new deals as well as renewals.
- Retrieve client financial data to understand client’s situation and propose adequate financial terms which protects Criteo P&L and promote Criteo priorities.
- Summarize client’s situation & deal proposal to seek leadership’s approval.
- Suggest process improvement to ensure the best deal outcomes & velocity.
- Preparing Monthly Non Standard billing processes (~20%)
- Validating, preparing and processing of pre-billing information in accordance with contractual terms for invoice generation by the billing team on a monthly basis.
- Manage customer specific invoicing and reporting requirements.
- Maintaining an always accurate deal database & help driving deal insights (~10%)
- Ad-hoc initiatives/tasks (~10%)

**Who You Are**:
Competences and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, with emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred and/or or a strong appetite for data-driven & process-related topics.
- Must be self-motivated, autonomous, flexible and be able to change priorities.
- Attention to detail and good level of critical thinking and analysis skills, with a proven proficiency in researching and resolving billing issues
- Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with various internal and external parties
- Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems (experience with SAP, Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI is a plus)
- Good command of excel is mandatory (e.g use of vlookups & pivot tables)
