We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payment Partnership Lead to join our Strategy department at PayRetailers. As the Payment **Partnership Lead for Africa**, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives related to method payments, acquirers, and alternative payment methods. You will be responsible for conducting market research, fostering relationships with payment partners, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :_**
- Market research of the new strategic solutions in method payments, Acquirers and Alternative Payment Methods.
- Continuous communication with existing payment providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Comparative new PSP research and competitor analysis.
- Relationship management with Payment Partners.
- Continuous reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on PSP status.
- Understand what the market needs and current clients' portfolios along with the help of AM & Sales.
- Know and ensure compliance with the rules and guidelines established by law, to ensure regulatory compliance that regulates the operation of PayRetailers in each region.
**_Experience and Qualifications:_**
- Professional in systems engineering, industrial, or professional in finance or other disciplines related to the development of business solutions with a high focus on technology, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent training.
- +5 Experience in product management and promotion or product design focused on e-commerce anddigital banking.
- Previous experience in the delivery and promotion of regulated products to the market.
**_ Preferred qualifications & Experience:_**
- Experience in e-commerce and electronic payment methods or Fintech
- Location: London, Barcelona, Madrid
- Strong written communication skills in English and Portugues or French is a plus
