The Global Head of Modern Workplace and M365 will be responsible for the strategy, design, deployment, budget, and operations of the Modern Workspace Environment at COFCO International to include all M365 Services and the traditional Wintel Estate (Both Cloud and On Premise). They will manage a global team of engineers and architects responsible for the design, deployment, and operations of the Modern Workplace and M365 platforms at COFCO International.
The key areas of responsibility are:
Identity - AAD and On Premis AD
Server and Desktop Windows OS (Cloud Based and On Premise)
System management (Intune) - Windows and Mobile
Application and desktop virtualisation services (Citrix)
Microsoft Agreement Management - EA, MPSA, CSP
Traditional Wintel Services
Managing 2 direct reports who supervise teams of engineers
Manage the contractual relationship with both Microsoft and Citrix and any other vendors associated with the service.
Skills required:
Advanced Microsoft Technical Skills in the areas of Modern Workplace and Wintel
Certifications required: MCSA, MCSE, MCP. On the relevant areas, M365 and Azure
People Management and leadership Skills
Vendor management and relationship skills
System and Solution architecture and deployment
The Global Head of Modern Workplace and M365 will report to the Global head of Infrastructure Operations and Security and will form the global management team alongside the Head of Networks, Head of Azure and SAP, CISO and Head of Operations and PMO.
