Modern Workplace Solution Engineer

**¿Qué harás?**:

- Act as SME for end-user platform related matters. Lead design and build activities during the transformation project focusing on Modern Workplace technologies
- Support, maintain and evolve our end user computing platforms and related standard peripherals ensuring high performance and reliability
- Collaborate with zone and region leadership, partners, and other third parties on the implementation strategy to drive Modern Workplace Managed Services. Support and define with business zones the adoption of new services, and help to identity and collect their requirements
- You constantly look to identify and deliver automation opportunities in order to minimise waste and maximise effectiveness of our IT solutions and teams
- Drive complex problem resolution, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis of end user computing problems and define actions for timely resolution
- You’re a natural communicator who wants to help our users on their Modern Workplace journey

**¿A quién buscamos?**:

- Work experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Windows 10 and Edge solutions in medium-large enterprise environments using Microsoft services like Configuration Manager and/or Intune, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Group Policies. Extra consideration is placed on experience in Workplace transformation projects
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure cloud platforms in a hybrid environment
- Experience with other 3rd-party unified endpoint management solutions like ME Desktop Central, Citrix Workspace, or Ivanti will be a plus
- Experience with endpoint-security products like McAfee or Cylance will be a plus

Technical skills:
- Expert understanding of current Microsoft end-user management stack (Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-management, Desktop Analytics, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager admin center, Group Policies) and Windows 10 operating system
- Working knowledge of operating system deployment and provisioning via SCCM\Auto Pilot\Windows Deployment Services (WDS). To include patch management and security updates
- Experience with User State Migration Tool (USMT)
- Experience with software packaging (MSI, MST, MSM,C2R and MSP primarily) and distribution using SCCM and/or Intune.
- Working knowledge of mobile device management solutions like; MDM and MAM
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security stack: Azure Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Azure Information Protection (AIP), or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell or other
- Proactive and self-driven, with ability to work with tight schedules and in a dynamic environment
- Experience with the Agile methodology and its concepts
- Exposure to Cloud Desktop PCs (Windows365)
- A good understanding of ITIL-based processes
