About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and hands‑on IT M365 Administrator to support and further develop our Microsoft 365. In this role you will ensure a secure, stable and efficient Modern Workplace setup for our teams across Europe.If you enjoy working with the latest Microsoft technologies, implementing best practices and improving user experience, this position is a great fit.Your ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 AdministrationManage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDriveAdministration Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): users, roles, groups, Conditional AccessMaintain and plan M365 licensingSecurity Compliance & GovernanceImplement and maintain MFA, Conditional Access & identity protectionConfigure DLP, retention labels, sensitivity labelsMonitor Secure Score / Compliance Score and apply improvementsSupport internal ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance effortsDevice & Application Management (Intune)Configure and manage Intune / Endpoint ManagerManage device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselinesDeploy and update applications across Windows / macOS / iOS / Android devicesSupport & CollaborationProvide advanced Level 2 / 3 support for M365 and Intune topicsTroubleshoot user and device issuesWork closely with IT, HR, Compliance and business unitsAutomation & OptimizationDevelop PowerShell scripts for automation and standardizationSupport onboarding / offboarding workflowsContribute to Modern Workplace projects and feature rolloutsQualifications : Your ProfileTechnical SkillsProven experience in Microsoft 365 administrationStrong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, Teams & Exchange OnlineHands‑on Intune / Endpoint Manager experienceSolid PowerShell scripting skillsUnderstanding of cloud security and compliance principlesSoft SkillsStrong problem‑solving mindsetClear communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)Independent, structured and reliableAbility to work in a dynamic international environmentPreferred Certifications (not mandatory)MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)MD‑102 (Endpoint Administrator)SC‑300 (Identity & Access Administrator)AZ‑104 (Azure Administrator)Additional InformationAt Fusion we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game‑changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.We value employees who challenge the status quo through innovation, adapt to diverse client needs in ever‑changing environments and commit to continuous learning for themselves and their colleagues.Why FusionWe provide a competitive salary and benefits package along with an outstanding work environment that fosters long‑term career development opportunities.Our BenefitsWorkflex: Enjoy 25 working days off annually, giving you the flexibility to work from your preferred global location.Flexible Time Off: Take time off as needed to recharge and maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
