We are working on behalf of a leading international logistics and freight forwarding organization to recruit an experienced and strategic Head of Air Freight. This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence and expanding air freight services across key European markets. Our client is a well‐established global player in supply chain solutions, offering comprehensive transport and logistics services across road, sea and air. They are recognized for their commitment to innovation, customer‐centric solutions, and sustainable growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, carriers and key stakeholders. Lead and mentor the air freight team, fostering a high‐performance culture. Streamline operational processes to improve service quality and profitability. Analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Proven experience in air freight management within the freight forwarding industry. Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations, customs clearance and global logistics. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in carrier management. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
