Presales Service Management Solutioner

This position will be part of the pre -sales organization providing business development support as part of the Solutioning
Bid Management team leading the service offerings in response to RFPs technical solution of the opportunities and client facing communication together with sales
The objective of the Service Solutioner is to participate in the pursuit of new Business by designing Service Offerings
Service Management processes which meet the customer requirements Scope of responsibilities Provides presales support in response to RFI RFP s and early engagement with customers for business development actions as well as workshops and oral sessions
Driving the SM Solutioning activities for large deals
Defines solution value proposition and transformational direction which build on the synergies and benefits across Capgemini service offerings
Drives the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative business technology solutions ensuring consistency across traditional solution boundaries
Provide expertise giving recommendations and structuring deals to differentiate from the competition
Provide and Define Service organization design
Develop and Provide Service reporting designs
Provide input and best practice solutions for Service management tool design
Drive innovative efficient and competitive solutions by liaising closely with Bid Managers sales teams
Practice Leads delivery organizations and 3rd party vendors Full understanding of relevant commercial and legal requirements in order to ensure appropriate solution design
Knowledge of future trends in the marketplace and Capgemini s CIS portfolio
Participates or leads meetings with customers to understand their business needs and provide optimal solutions
Presents the technical solution to customers
Understands the opportunities in terms of customer requirements timing costs risks features competition and any other area impacting bid content and strategy
Manages and mitigates the risks associated with the proposed solution
Specific knowledge
BS in Computer Science Engineering
Management Information Systems Information Technology or equivalent degree
Presales experience with commercial focus Team player with strong communication and commercial skills ability to work under pressure and proactive approach
Strong critical thinking analytical skills creativity a proven drive for quality and excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English Certifications ITIL v3 or v4 Expert 3 year experience implementing ITIL framework process improvement and statistics analysis
Experienced in managing 3rd party vendors
