Minimum qualifications:

- Ability to turn complex product value propositions and implementation into business actions
- Ability to work on a rapidly evolving product that spans all channels with multiple cross-product dependencies

**About the job**:
The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with Global, Product Management, Sales, Technical Implementation, and Marketing functions to commercialize large customers across EMEA. You will be responsible for the go-to-market plan to achieve product adoption goals, and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of plans, communications, roles, and responsibilities.
You will analyze data to uncover opportunities to accelerate product adoption and business growth, and partner with business leadership and regional counterparts to realize those opportunities. You will support Sales teams through training, insights, and case studies, and provide cross-organizational leadership by providing analytical insights, forming market perspectives, collecting intelligence, and delivering business recommendations. You will also influence our product strategy by representing the needs of the EMEA Sales teams and advertisers back to the Global and Product teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Product Leads, Product Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Large Customer Sales, Marketing) to roll out Google’s Performance advertising solution.
- Co-ordination with regional counterparts to ensure alignment of plans across multiple product areas.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate product adoption and business growth and partner with business leadership to realize those opportunities.
- Synthesize feedback from internal teams and advertisers to help Product Management incorporate it into product development efforts.
- Develop data-driven recommendations on the business needs to support product and commercialization priorities.
