**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
Responsible for providing the vision, strategizing, design, shape, plan and development of the European Go-to Market Asset Productivity landscape, which includes Retail Commercial Framework, strategic Retail Value Proposition as well as Change Customer Behaviours initiatives in order to optimise the productivity of the European pallet pool and ensure equitable sharing of value for all users of the pool. Ensure its continuous improvement as well as Current Best Approach and Best practice adoption across Europe.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Provide the vision, design, shape, plan and development of the European Go-to Market Asset Productivity Strategy.
- Drive changes and engage necessary stakeholders making sure implementation of the following sub-items is done at a country level, with special focus on driving development of retailer business model changes and retailer contracts development to support the Retailer Commercial Framework:
- Retail Commercial Framework: proposed, agree and continuous improvement of the Asset Productivity RC Framework (Policy, Golden rules, Approval Matrix, Incentive schemes, reuse & cycle time rules, implementation & change management plans, etc..)
- Strategic Retail Value Proposition in the short, medium and long term to be defined. Aligned with European strategy, define Retail Value Proposition which should include among others, e-commerce approach (eg Amazon, Ali-Baba), on site solutions prioritization, win-win Retail agreements, monetization opportunities pipeline, etc..
- Change Customer Behaviours initiative: ensure commitments of the initiative are met and targets achieved. Ensure continuous improvement & review of the initiative in order to preserve Asset Productivity focus in the Regional commercial strategies.
- Essential support to deliver financial and non
- financial commitments of the 4YP - Asset Productivity Europe with special focus on Optimise Cycle time, reduce Uncompensated Losses and ensure equitable sharing of value for all users of the pallet pool. Support our sustainability and de-carbonization commitments
- Create necessary working groups (eg Industry bodies, Retail and Commercial teams) to ensure right equity on the monetization of the Assets flows
- Ensure consistency and Best Practice sharing and adoption on AP commercial policies and practices across the countries. Understanding Current Best Approach of business models of other Brambles regions. Enhance Global teams’ collaboration
- Support countries and regions with the development of the required systems, processes and tools to execute the AP Go-to market strategy and track process. Communicate, collaborate and involve local and central teams on Retail Commercial Framework. Seek for AP optimisation, standardization and improvement opportunities on a regional / country basis.
- Facilitate open, two-way, structured and multi-level communications between Central EU team, Global teams and AP EU Regional / country teams. Enlarging relationship network
- SoF liaison - particular focus on leading the European link with BXB Digital and Global Strategy and CX teams. Ensure Digital capabilities are used to capture the maximum value, in order to strength the Retail Framework as well as enable and accelerate the delivery of quantifiable value.
