**Job Description**:
Sr. Asset Productivity & Control Analyst

Reports to and Location

Manager Asset Productivity & Control Analytics

Location - Madrid

Position Purpose
- Develop and deploy controls based on data in order to capture deviations as soon as they happen.
- Execute recurrent analysis previously designed and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement deep dive analysis to support and guide business strategy (translate data into information in order to achieve business goals).
- Follow up on performance metrics and track strategic initiatives to ensure they are progressing as expected.
- Propose new solutions based on data that could deliver value from asset control point of view.

Scope
- Analytics for asset control globally.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Partner with business teams to support strategic initiatives & projects using data as main enabler.
- Develop and deploy analysis as per asset control requirements.
- Highlight, communicate and propose solutions about key issues on data and processes within CHEP systems.
- Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to improve the quality of insights provided.
- Translate analytics requirements into actionable user-friendly outputs.
- Ensure best practices implementation to improve service to business stakeholders.
- Ensure insights are available to be used on internal processes.
- Propose enhancements on new/current tools (standardization, usability, workload).
- Create internal documentation about internal processes.
- Investigate and propose external data sources that can bring value for asset control processes.

- Deployment of the analytic processes as per plan.
- Ensure analytics created cover business needs and provide value to stakeholders.
- Ensure analytics are delivered on a timely manner.
- Customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.

Experience
- Comfortable presenting insights and interacting with senior management.
- Ability to analyse, model and interpret data.
- Relational databases knowledge (SQL).
- Experience transforming data into insights.
- Experience designing visual presentations to tell the story behind the data.
- Experience managing large datasets.
- Previous analytics experience.
- Worked with measures and KPIs.
- Working on remote teams.
- Proved experience organizing own tasks (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and short-term planning).
- Experience with process automation and workload reduction (VBA macros or similar, desirable).
- Experience with change management.
