Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a strategy and operations or program management role and coordinating stakeholders.
- Experience with regional data privacy regulations, market specific regulatory, and digital ad industry dynamics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with customers (e.g., advertisers, agencies, publishers).
- Experience delivering external presentations to large audiences.
- Ability to work within ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to speak and write in an additional European language fluently (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).
**About the job**:
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for response plans to specific regulatory developments, as well as activation programs aimed at scaling the Google Ads Privacy Operations. You will ultimately contribute to position Google as a trusted advertising and technology partner. You will work together with global Google Ads Privacy Strategy teams to prepare go-to-market response plans to regulatory developments and to own regional activation. You will also work with cross-functional stakeholders across Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing, Legal, Policy, Communications to maximize activation opportunities while protecting Google’s reputation.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own and drive EMEA response plans to specific regulatory developments.
- Work with Google Ads Privacy Global Product Lead to adapt our product strategy to evolving Privacy regulations.
- Lead cross-functional working groups involving stakeholders across GTM, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and Communications.
- Provide EMEA Go-To-Market and Sales teams with resources to guide our customers through the evolving regulatory landscape.
