Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion. With this in mind, we strive to be at the leading edge of technology when it comes to build the platform that meets the needs of our Supply partners and customers. This translates to the use of latest technology including.NET Core versions, K8S, microservices architecture, clouds hosting and orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Proactive monitoring, and alerting systems, to name a few. Our teams consist of product owners, QA engineers, Software Engineers, and people from across the business all working collectively and collaboratively. We have a very strong technical team from which you will be able to learn, but are encouraged by new ideas and fresh thinking that you will bring with you. **In this role you will** Contribute to our growing business by working closely with Sales, Contracting, and Technology departments as well as external partners. In this role, you will focus on the technical optimization of customer connections, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient processes. You will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to Sales Managers, reviewing integrations for errors and improvements, and maintaining close relationships with external technological platforms. Additionally, you will monitor traffic and conversion, assist in resolving distribution issues, and participate in trade shows and client meetings. **Key responsibilities** - Provide technical advice and support to Sales Managers in their communication with clients. - Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver tailored product lists based on client requirements. - Conduct integration reviews to detect errors and identify potential improvements. - Generate ad hoc reports on products, destinations, bookings, and searches as required by Sales and Clients. - Maintain close relationships with external technological platforms to ensure smooth operations. - Assist contracting teams in investigating and resolving distribution issues by understanding client models. - Perform periodic mapping reviews with clients and tech houses. - Monitor traffic and conversion rates, setting thresholds and taking necessary actions. - Track client performance, including search statistics, pre-booking and booking errors, and sales evolution. - Attend client meetings, trade shows, and partner events. **The skills we would love to see in your suitcase** - Fluency in spoken and written English. - Strong analytical and technical thinking. - Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in resolving issues. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly. - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. - Solid understanding of B2B business concepts, including B2C/B2B, market restrictions, retail/wholesale, DMC, and mapping processes. - Knowledge of hotel distribution flow, from contracting to client sales
