Las
principales funciones
que se llevarán a cabo estarán relacionadas con:

  • Mantener una relación cercana con los partners, actuando como punto de referencia técnico.
  • Supervisar la planificación y avance del roadmap acordado con los partners.
  • Coordinar la certificación técnica de nuevos proveedores en nuestra plataforma.
  • Colaborar en procesos de migraciones a versiones superiores de APIs.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento técnico de las integraciones, detectando oportunidades de mejora.
  • Capturar y documentar requisitos técnicos para desarrollar nuevas actualizaciones de producto.
  • Ofrecer soporte técnico proactivo a partners y equipos internos.

Requirements

  • Formación técnica (Ingeniería Informática o similar).
  • Conocimiento de APIs (REST, SOAP…) y entornos de integración.
  • Capacidad analítica para entender y explicar flujos técnicos de forma clara.
  • Persona organizada, colaborativa y con iniciativa para proponer mejoras.
  • Buen nivel de inglés escrito y hablado (otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente).
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles similares, especialmente en entornos con APIs y conectividad.
