**We're looking for a**
**Regional Sales Manager - Channel**

**This role is** **Remote**

You will work remotely and sell into our Iberian market. Compensation is competitive and commission is generous.

**In this role you will...**
- Report into our Iberia Regional Sales Director,
- Define Spain & Portugal Strategic Alliance plan,
- Establish new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with partners,
- Discover new partners who could generate a profitable business with our products in the designated region: Spain & Portugal.
- Negotiate partner agreements, business cases and contract terms in line with company needs and regulations.
- Execute the business cases agreed with partners.
- Meet alliance sales targets / quotas.
- Support the sales team by creating new opportunities from partners or managing partners associated with a sales cycle.
- Facilitate company technical presentations and demonstrations on how a product will meet client needs.
- Manage partner enablement to educate the partner on the company products, services, technical assistant.
- Support sales and marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for partnership & growth with Large System Integrators, Advisory/Consulting partners, Niche HR/Cloud Consulting/Services firms) and at the tactical level (managing channel advertising campaign execution, creating campaigns with field marketing team, analyzing the effect, and solving problems)
- Work with Sales Organization in balancing out the right account mapping and field level relationships with the partner eco system

**You’ve got what it takes if you...**
- Have 10+ years in relevant Channels/Alliances/Partner managerial and goal attainment roles in Iberia; Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Have a minimum of 10 years enterprise software sales experience, successfully selling high level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level and working with partners in Iberia
- Are a hunter You will be going after new logo business through partners
- Are among the top 10% in your field: exceptional sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation
- Have a track record of exceeding company sales quotas
- Are aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
- Have strong multitasking and time management skills
- Have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Are able to successfully work from a home office environment and travel up to 30%
- Have had consistent job tenure and work history
- Are fluent in Spanish and English.
