Divilo is a payment entity. Divilo offers a 360º solution in payments, acquiring, and accounting tools to companies and freelancers with the most advanced technology solutions.
The challenge ahead is remarkably interesting, because the idea is to strengthen the Spanish market with plans for global expansion, and for that the key is the team and the management that we make of it.
**About the role**
- Define, articulate and implement the organization's strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
**Qualifications**
- 8 years or more of experience as Business Development Manager or positions related.
- Experience in Fintech, payments/banking industry or startup.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams..
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in B2B.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially as a writer.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
