**Product Marketing Manager Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the Product and Business Solutions departments to identify market needs and ensure that product features meet those needs.
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Create product collateral, such as sales sheets, presentations, and product demos, to support the sales team in their efforts.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that product messaging and positioning is consistent across all channels.
Provide training and support to the sales team on new products and features.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Measure and analyze the success of product launches and marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in product marketing in the Adtech or Martech industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
Proven track record of launching successful products and features in the Adtech industry.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
