At Qualifyze, we help pharmaceutical companies to guarantee that the medicines, pills, and other medical treatments that we all take to feel better are top quality and safe for us. We do that by regularly qualifying pharmaceutical suppliers collecting, processing, and monitoring supply chain information (production, logistics, quality, etc.). With that information, our customers and the overall industry can spot areas of improvement, potential risks, or new business opportunities.Thereby we do not only contribute to greater supply chain transparency, but also to increased patient safety.
**Team**
The Product Team is responsible of “building the right thing”. We follow a lean start-up approach by discovering opportunities via interviewing stakeholders and analysing metrics. We create hypothesis, design MVPs, so they can be implemented quickly, and learn as fast as possible to move our product forward. We are currently three people: two Product Managers and one Product Designer, and we are planning to grow up to five people.
**Challenge**
Our current B2B solution and business around auditing services works and grows very well: customers like us and suppliers referrer us. It’s time to find new complementary business models that scale even more exponentially leveraging the data that we have, new data to gather, network effects, and the need for connected supply chains and the problems that solves (risk assessment, supplier management, quality forecasting, etc.)
**Position**
We are looking for a Product Manager who can contribute in the discovery of new opportunities by interviewing stakeholders, writing user stories and acceptance criterias, understanding product metrics, and helping with product marketing. We work with multiple technologies like Product Board, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Miro, Figma, Mailchimp, Confluence, and JIRA.
**Reporting Line**
The Product Manager will report to Carlos Buenosvinos, current Qualifyze CTO & CPO.
**Expectations / Tasks**
- Running stakeholders interviews
- Create hypothesis around optimizations and new features
- Write User Stories
- Support the Development Team
- Coordinate with Marketing the launch of features
- Stakeholder alignment and expectations management
- Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
- Support the prioritization of product features and capabilities
- Support the definition of the product vision
**About you**
- Experience as Product Manager/Product Owner in start-ups and/or scale-ups
- Experience working in an Agile environments
- Pragmatism
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about analytics and customer discovery
- Professional Fluent English
**Bonus points**
- B2B experience
- Technical background
- Experience in products around Supply Chain (Logistics, Audits, Risk Assessment, Supplier Management, etc.)
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Product Marketing experience
