**The Role**:
We are looking for an excellent Project Manager, Events to join our team The Online Event Project Manager will work with our growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and manage our online events, including but not limited to weekly podcasts, webinars, and large events such as ProductCon. If you are a proven self-starter, highly detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our international B2B and B2C online events program, ensuring alignment with the wider strategic objectives of the business.
- Coordinate with the growth and marketing teams to define event requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation, to manage the end-to-end execution of online events.
- Manage the online event calendar and independently schedule and publish events on Ringcentral and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Administer our events platform (e.g., Ringcentral), ensuring smooth operation and integration with other tools and systems.
- Drive the marketing-influenced pipeline by generating quality leads through engaging and well-executed online events.
- Coordinate the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns with the marketing team, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- Collaborate with freelancers, including video editors and podcasting agencies, to ensure high production standards and timely delivery of event content.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all events, including attendee data and engagement metrics, and contribute to monthly reporting.
- Analyze webinar performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve future events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during live events or recording sessions, ensuring mínimal disruption and a positive attendee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online event management, implementing changes to continuously improve the quality of our events.
- Lead the project management of the live streaming efforts for our major online conference, ProductCon, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience for all participants.

**This role could be a good fit for you if**:

- You are a self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality online events.
- You have 3+ years of experience in successfully managing and delivering online events as a project manager.
- You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads efficiently, ensuring all project deadlines are met.
- You are tech-savvy and can effectively manage the technical aspects of prerecording webinars
- You excel in analyzing webinar data and reporting, using critical thinking to propose and implement improvements to enhance the attendee experience.
- You have a broad knowledge of marketing and are eager to expand your understanding of integrated marketing approaches.
- Bonus points if you have experience with CMS and webinar platforms (e.g., Ringcentral, Streamyard, Zoom, or similar), and can manage these systems effectively.
- Bonus points if you have experience with podcast and video editing experience, adding value to our content production processes.
