My client a leading IT Consultancy is looking to hire a IT Project Manager to join their team.

Client facing experience is essential

Primary Function
- Plan, monitor and deliver a project to agreed project objectives, quality, time, cost and resource planning
- Be the client facing representative during the project phase
- Manage the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies including timely escalation of risks/issues
- Manage effective communications with external partners and internal teams
- Ensuring completion of the technical tasks while maintaining a “big picture” view
- Manage project financials, budget and change control process
- Drive the internal project team through to delivery and ensure all project objectives are met.
- Utilise Project Management tools to keep track of people and progress
- Cross functional engagement with technical teams, support functions and Senior Leadership team.

**General Description**

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast paced, highly flexible environment.

You have a methodical and logical approach to project management and have the ability to communicate successfully and succinctly to internal stakeholders and external clients at all levels. You will work well under pressure with a proven ability to manage time and budget restrictions. This role will require you to work both as part of a team and independently.

**Knowledge / Expertise**

Project Management qualification or relevant experience

IT or Business degree

Requires in-depth knowledge of
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills and experience engaging with stakeholders at team and management levels both internally and with customers/partners
- Strong ownership, communication, interpersonal, and cross functional project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge with Project documentation such as SOW, Change Control and PM Repository)
- Fluent English is essential any other European language will be a distinct advantage

Freedom to Act

Autonomy in solving problems and making decisions relative to client projects

Communication

Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and manage all technical resources and budgets. Ability to communicate in a pro-active manner and highlight risk as early as possible and ensure that the risk is managed and minimised.

Planning/Leadership

Typically serves as a client project coordinator providing technical and business guidance to others.

**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
