**About the job**
To support our growing company, we're seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Team. You can work from Louvain-la-Neuve, Barcelona or Paris. This key role will significantly contribute to Qualifio's future. As Product Manager you will support the Head of Product in strategic planning and execution, ensuring that our product roadmap aligns with our business goals.
Here's a look at some of your responsibilities:
- Manage the feature lifecycle from concept to launch, including implementation, release, and post-launch analysis. This process involves coordinating with various teams but does not include direct follow-up with the technical team on user stories.
- Talk to customers.. Before, during and after the launch of a feature.
- Perform market and competitors analysis to anticipate needs
- Collect and analyze feedback from users to inform future product developments, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our market.
- Conduct detailed data analysis on feature usage to understand trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform our product strategy.
- Define the product metrics and KPIs to identify success or improvement area’s.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Documentation teams to ensure the timely delivery of feature-related materials, contributing to content creation when necessary.
- Collaborate with Product Design to test ideas, prototypes and experience components to ensure best of class UX.
**About you**
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution
- Proven experience in the Product team of a SaaS company
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels to drive product success.
- Excellent communication skills
- You are at least fluent in English, French is a big plus (writing and speaking).
- You have a good interest in technology, and an overall understanding of the MarTech environment (digital, data, and analytics).
- Interest in marketing, data analysis and UX
