As a **Growth Product Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition strategy of one of the health and fitness apps within our portfolio, with a strong emphasis on subscription growth and optimizing user onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of user behaviour, data-guided decision-making, and a passion for creating value for our users.
**Challenges you'll meet**
- Generate hypotheses and innovative ideas to optimize product onboarding funnels and monetization strategies aimed at increasing ARPU.
- Be a leader in understanding all aspects of your product, including detailed analytics, the competitive landscape, user feedback, and previous experimentation history.
- Support acquisition activities by building end-to-end experiences for different audiences, communication channels, and traffic sources.
- Manage users' expectations on their way to a healthier life and create a bridge between marketing and product activities.
- Prepare, launch, and analyze A/B tests to fast validate your ideas on real users. Based on the results of the test, create new hypotheses and bring them to the desired result.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators, to enhance user onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new users
**Your professional qualities**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager or Product Manager with experience of growth work
- Minimum 2 years experience with subscription-based business models
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate thinking behind product decisions and bringing them back to business goals
- Wide experience of user research and excellent knowledge of UX and CRO principles, as well as A/B testing methods
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiar with the development processes and technologies
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher
