**Role Overview**:
As an entry-level Product Manager, you possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You thrive on tackling intricate problems and advocating for product strategies that prioritize user needs. You actively engage in agile methodologies to develop solutions that optimize value for both our users and the business. Your mindset is one of continuous growth and exploration, embracing experimentation and learning from setbacks to better fulfill user expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement solutions for specific challenges within your app, aligning with Welltech's overarching objectives and mission.
- Efficiently manage the product backlog to drive user engagement and retention.
- Define clear product requirements to address genuine user pain points effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich the product experience and ensure seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine product offerings based on identified needs and preferences.
- Utilize data insights to prioritize tasks and enhance product performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize product outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders and contribute to team reporting efforts.
