Digital Sales Team Manager – German Speaking ADP is hiring Digital Sales Team Manager – German Speaking Responsibilities Lead and coach our sales team: Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals. Demonstrated 1‑3 year experience managing a sales team. Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills. Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office. Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style. An agile, fast‑paced environment means plenty of opportunities to progress. Qualifications Fluent in German. English. Business‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management. Goal‑oriented, motivated self‑starter, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales quotas. Ability to work independently and work with other ADP Sales Associates. Highly competitive salary and benefits package (uncapped commission, double your commission once you reached 100% YTD sales quota).
