**This Is What You'll Do At VideoWise**:
We are looking for a savvy **Marketing Manager** passionate about eCommerce and Video Marketing who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

This is a full-time position, a remote location, preferably in the Eastern European timezone.

As a **Marketing Manager,** you will:

- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets;
- Planning and managing our social media platforms;
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance;
- Collaborate with the design team for marketing assets;
- Collaborate with the partnership team to create co-marketing campaigns;
- Work with other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives;
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies;
- Set up and run PPC and ads on various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify Ads, etc.);
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs;
- Manage the overall budget for paid media;

**This Is What You'll Bring To Our Team**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with managing budgets
- Experience within the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce
- Experience in working with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Proven track record for engaging and growing consumer interest via digital channels.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Highly collaborative team player with effective time management skills who can balance competing priorities
- Comfortable working remotely
