**European Bartender School is looking for a Creative Strategy Manager to join our team**
**The role**:
As our new Creative Strategy Manager you will be responsible for the entire creative department of the brand, from the visual aspects (design, photos and video), to content and organic social media. You will be reporting to our Head of Marketing.
We are looking for a passionate, fun, talented and experienced creative leader, in order to guide our team to the next level.

**The main objectives of the role include**:
- Set the standard of creative excellence for our products and brand, directing through the production of sketches, storyboards and roughs to visualise ideas
- Innovate and iterate on existing creative concepts, scaling what is working and eliminating what isn't
- Support Social Media team in the implementation of their strategy and development of EBS’ presence
- Work with the Performance Marketing Team to develop ad and video copy that directly connects with the concept, strategy, product and audience
- Define and create guidelines per product to ensure that creatives have a coherent brand aesthetic while being effective for our customer acquisition strategy
- Define, measure, analyse and improve key metrics that will help us understand the effectiveness of our creative strategy (e.g. click through rate, conversion rate, relevance score, video views behaviour, etc).
- Ensure effectiveness in project accomplishment through Agile methodology
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
**Required Skills**:
- At least 5 years of experience as Creative Manager/Art Director, or comparable experience
- Extensive experience developing and managing international creative campaigns
- Understanding of Organic Social Media strategies and implementation
- Experience leading people, as well as coordinating and prioritising across cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret user test results and the general use of data to support creative decision
- A creative and innovative mindset in order to contribute to the growth of the EBS brand
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise different projects at the same time them, always meeting deadlines
- Passion for the bartending sector is highly desirable
- Excellent command of English
