THE ROLE:GAIN is hiring a Performance Creative Strategy Lead to drive the quality, consistency, and delivery of creative strategy across our paid media portfolio, while remaining hands-on with key client work. This role blends strategic leadership with performance-focused creative craft. You'll lead a team of Creative Strategists, ensuring our creative output is not only compelling but grounded in data and designed to convert. As a senior member of the Creative Services leadership team, you'll report to the Head of Creative Services and work closely with the Design Team Lead to ensure GAIN consistently delivers excellence across performance strategy, design, and content production. Your focus will be on three core pillars: Creative Strategy Quality – elevating the standard of performance-led creative thinking and execution. Process & Delivery Consistency – ensuring all creative strategy work follows a structured, scalable framework. People Leadership – developing, mentoring, and managing the strategist team to perform at their best RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands-On Creative Strategy for Top Clients Act as the lead strategist on select high-value accounts, developing and presenting outstanding, data-driven creative strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR). Conduct deep-dive creative analyses to identify winning patterns, testing opportunities, and areas of fatigue across paid social platforms. Write high-impact creative briefs that balance platform best practices with insight-driven storytelling   optimised for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels. Partner with Paid Media and
