We are now looking for a **Creative Design Manager** whose main objectives will be to create and build experiences that communicate the value of our brands and products. We seek a digital-first Creative Design Manager to oversee ideation, design, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives throughout the company.
You are a strategic creative leader, comfortable working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. You will be leading an interdisciplinary team of visual and motion designers (collaborating with Product and Content designers) through highly ambiguous and complex marketing challenges. In this role, you will have to have an airtight rationale for creative decisions and champion the work and sell through creative decisions to senior leadership. Being a data-driven company, it’s key that you are obsessed with creative excellence and how it drives measurable business outcomes.

**What you will do**:

- Lead a team of 10+ visual and motions designers to develop top notch creative assets and fly high
- Help the design team convert concept ideas into effective communication assets that can be executed across different media channels
- Refine and maintain our brand guidelines
- Create best-in-class campaigns and marketing initiatives in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Ensure operational excellence across the team by keeping a high sense of priority
- Collaborate with other departments across the company to ensure that the our brands’ identity, graphics, illustrations, and other visual representations of the brand play a considered role in all projects. Especially with Product Design
- Build a strong relationship with other stakeholders (Display and App Marketing, CRM, Social Media, etc.) to understand business needs
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in managing and inspiring creative teams
- Versatile Creative Design Manager / Head of Creative Design / Creative Director with at least 10+ years experience with a category leading e-commerce brand or with a leading creative agency
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite(After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Audiovisual Communication or equivalent
- Diverse and well-rounded skill-sets across graphic and video assets
- Strategic thinking & capacity to translate briefs into inspiring creative direction
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment and you have the maturity and resiliency to bring stability to challenging situations
- Self-starter with bias for action who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to train and lead others to raising the bar on creative design, and provide clear/precise feedback
- Strong background in designing and leading creative concepts for different digital channels following best practices
- A good communicator who can pitch, persuade and collaborate with high-level stakeholders and C-Suite
- Proficient spoken and written/speaking English communication skills (C2)
- Positive attitude, with a passion for travel and the ability to empower and encourage those around you
