Your missions: Help us grow, increase our countrywide station footprint and run complex operations. The Ops Executive ultimate responsibility is ensuring our customers get their Virtuo in great shape. This is a fast paced environment and the role will appeal to an ambitious self-starter with a hands-on attitude, strong operational ability and a passion for cars and mobility tech. - Be in charge - as the main responsible of your region’s fleet: - Fleet management (damages, maintenance, rebalancing). - Manage expert’s job’s (preparations, delivery & collect, airport bookings, accessories, amenities). - Manage Virtuo stations (accessories, amenities, signage..). - Quality monitoring - Support running complex, on-the-ground, day-to-day operations - And much more (Expansion, Product improvement, Virtuo side projects, Admin etc.) You have start-up mindset: entrepreneurial, tenacious, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, willing to get stuck in - Accountable, willing to take initiative and to learn fast - Effective at managing deadlines, with a rigorous approach and strong attention to detail - Truly passionate about cars, inspired by mobility, and with a taste for well-crafted products - **Spanish native & English fluent **; French is a plus - Driving license and open to move What's cool about this job: - Unique opportunity to make Iberia market grow. - You will join a team with diverse profiles and to meet not only entrepreneurs but also former employees of large groups & prestigious start-ups. - The range of missions you will be responsible for will be very large and you will have the opportunity to take the lead on different projects. - Join a fast-growing start-up, a flagship of “la French Tech 120 Startup” with incredible traction in Europe & be a part of an international team (over 4 countries). - Work for a startup where your decisions will have an immediate impact. - Participate in the achievement of SP OPS OKR’s. - Be a part of the whole Virtuo team, benefit from regular meet-ups with other countries, take advantage of their knowledge, while promoting your own market specifics. **About our team** Operations is at the core of Virtuo, our motto: "Right car, right time, right location.
