Investor Operations Executive

We are looking for an Investor Operations Executive to join our growing international Client Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Investor Operations, you will be passionate about providing an amazing investor experience by completing Anti Money Laundering checks, answering investor queries, and helping investors with payments.

**We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French. Additional fluency in Spanish/German/Swedish is desirable, but not essential.**

Day to day you will:

- Provide investor services for investors on Crowdcube, including but not limited to:

- Undertaking anti-money laundering checks for investors
- Addressing all queries investors may raise during their investment journey
- Taking payments from all investors and helping investors resolve payment failures
- Handling investor complaints in the first instance, and working with other areas of the business as required to find a resolution
- Addressing all investor queries post-funding, in relation to their investment, transfers, Tax Relief, votes/other corporate actions
- Arranging dividend and exit payments
Supporting the Head of Investor Operations to improve the Crowdcube investor offering including:

- Improving the efficiency of dealing with investor queries;
- Improvements to investor product features such as the portfolio
- Developing investor content and FAQs
- General support to Head of Investor Operations for other investor operations
Ideally you will:

- Have great language skills and be fluent in English and French to mother tongue standard
- Fluency in Spanish and English, German/Swedish would be highly desirable, though not essential
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your own time effectively
- Adaptability in the face of changing and short-notice deadlines
- Prior experience of working in financial services or a regulated environment (highly desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Apps for work.

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
