**The Head of Data Programs and Operations in CHC** is meant to see the whole picture and consider people, data, and infrastructure in a cross-functional way, thus ensuring a seamless transformation across the CHC Data organization.

Digital Data & Analytics in CHC has raised as a priority approach due to its capacity to connect a large variety of data sources to decision making processes and to complement traditional past oriented data analysis with predictive and prescriptive solutions. Modern enterprise information architecture provides support for implementing new requirements regarding processes of data collection, transformation, loading, processing and analysis.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To increase and accelerate the impact of the transformation by driving accountability and transparency in data, analytics & insights enablement for CHC business leaders across regions
- Identify the capabilities that are required—as well as understand the realities of the marketplace. They can assess the competitive landscape or forecast demand to help the teams advance on their initiatives.
- Manage a team of Scrum Masters and Data Product Leads to deliver key data products
- Ensures early alignment between business, finance, and delivery leaders, creating a strong collaboration between the value case and transformation execution.
- Allow organizations to push through the complexity of intersecting workstreams, multiple stakeholders and complicated data dependencies common to large-scale digital transformations.
- Improving and facilitating communication and collaboration among the subordinate teams and making sure they contribute equally to achieving a common goal.
- Brings impacted stakeholders on the change journey so that a well-executed transformation and delivers the desired business outcomes.
- Designing and implementing processes, process improvements, and process governance to aid in development and support of business operations.
- Uncover areas within the business to drive efficiency improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
- Helping teams understand, mine, and clean the data needed for analytic projects of simple to medium complexity.
- Provide insights to the business by driving implementation of large data analytics programs
- Measure and track critical cross-functional Key Performance Indicators
- Identify critical decisions to be made and highlight them to the sponsors
- Bring in a new perspective based on Data budget, growth investments, Real thought to bring initiatives to life and deep understanding of market realities
- Manage end-to-end data product operations, maintenance and continuous improvements.
- 12+ years of Data and IT Industry experience at leadership levels including 6+ years of people management experience. - Experience of Leading data & Business Intelligence, preferably in FMCG. - Experience in Operations, Service, Risk & Offshore team management. - Knowledge of the main eCommerce platforms and business models Enterprise software deployment (design, build, integration, migration, go live, core model) - Agile certified and expert on large global programs delivery Data & Business intelligence domain and software experience is a plus - Experience of Interfacing heterogeneous systems and data sources - Working knowledge of Snowflake, DataBricks, Python/R encapsulation, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence - Working knowledge of Informatica, Layer 7 and Apigee - Working knowledge of interfacing data from ERPs (mainly SAP) Education - PhD, Masters, or equivalent degree in statistics and/ or mathematics - Fluent in English and French preferable
