Responsibilities:

- RecruitmentStrategy:

- Development and implementation of a marketing and student recruitment strategy, including relationship development with partners, and other international promotional activities.
- Provide advice and represent EU Business School on promotional and student recruitment events virtually or internationally.
- Responsible for the strategic development of the annual marketing plans and budgets. This will involve consultation with the Head of Sales, Online Marketing Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director.
- EventManagement,logistics,anddeadlines
- Academic program organization (in collaboration with Academic teams)
- Organizetheevent plan,activities, agenda,andclasses
- Registration Day, Orientation, Farewell meeting, Information Sessions, and Pre-Departure Briefings.
- Plan and allocate the required staff in coordination with the departments
- Recruit program monitors
- Student supervision during the programs
- Plan accommodations and airport transfers
- Support with guardianship information for underage students
- Support with visas and invitation letters when necessary
- Administrativetasks:

- Admissionprocess:

- Create and send the admission letter
- Ensure student contract signature, and GDPR
- Confirm with accounting student payments and prepare the enrolment letter
- Register documentation in CRM
- WithAccounting:

- Coordinate and follow up the payments and final balance
- Travel required: a minimum of 45 days per year to:

- Visiting partners
- Participating in fairs, events, conferences, and other student recruitment activities
- Participating in partnership workshops
- Other EU campuses
- Other events organized/required by EU
