We are currently looking for an Accountant for our Barcelona campus based on Diagonal Avenue. Reporting to the Head of Finance, his/her responsibilities will be to participate and assist in the accounting workflow. Bank reconciliation Manage all issued payments through our ERP’s following our policies Travel expenses managing Manage the payment collection with the students and the reduction of debt in our accounting Make sure that our accounting information is accurate and reliable Assist in creating & preparing the student invoices /credit notes Assist with any work carried out in the finance department Propose improvements in accounting processes Fluent in English (interview in English) Highly competent in using Outlook, Excel and Word. Permanent contract with trial period. Training in Sage X3 and Yooz. Full-time, Monday to Friday, on our Barcelona campus.
