**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of and comply with all department policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and ensure necessary follow up.
- Participate in scheduling and record keeping to ensure adequate coverage
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for all areas of Spa operation.
- Create and maintain a professional, safe and nurturing environment where the spa experience lends itself to making a difference in the lives of our guests.
- Organizes and monitors the reception and follow-up of guests.
- Ensures that treatment protocol is adhered to and that treatments are performed correctly.
- Drives the creation of welcome protocols.
- Ensures optimal use of all facilities and maximizes profitability.
- Ensures excellent relationship with suppliers.
- Ensures customer satisfaction during and after service delivery.
- Ensures compliance with hotel standards.
- Manages customer complaints.
- Manages the SPA on a commercial level: proposes and executes specific commercial actions, supervises products and competition, participates in the sale of specific SPA products and services.
- Manages the SPA at the commercial level: proposes and implements specific commercial actions, monitors products and competition, participates in the sale of specific SPA products and services.
- Develops and implements the sales action plan in his/her department to develop turnover.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budgets of his/her department, analyzes the results and implements the necessary corrective actions.
- Actively participates in inventories and justifies discrepancies.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of spa supervisory experience in a luxury spa environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.

Education: Diploma or degree in a related field, equivalent vocational training certificate. Combination of education and experience.

High level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be highly appreciated.

General skills:

- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Prioritize, organize and follow up.
- Work as a team player with co-workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for the business and doing what it takes to achieve goals.
