As The **EMEA ONLINE SALES MANAGER**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing common and effective online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in the EMEA region. You will oversee the local online sales team, manage the online sales process, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales channels. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce are essential for success in this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute EMEA online sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate and guide the local team of online sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize online sales channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order fulfillment.
- Develop and deploy pricing strategies and discount structures to maximize sales while maintaining profitability and optimizing the online channel management.
- Create and deploy promotional campaigns, aligned with the whole EMEA companies.
- Deploy and monitor e-partner a common loyalty program for key online customers.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales.
- Utilize data analytics tools and reports to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and online sales.
- Evaluate competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify competitive advantages and opportunities for growth
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the online sales process, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and maintain positive brand image.

**Functions, activities and Accountabilities**:

- Meeting online sales revenue targets and objectives.
- Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Periodical reporting on main KPI to HQ and local subsidiaries.
- Providing accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

**Main KPI's**:

- Sales Revenue: This KPI represents the total revenue generated through online sales. It provides an overall measure of the success of online sales efforts.
- Sales Growth: Sales growth measures the increase in online sales revenue over a specific period, such as month-over-month or year-over-year. Positive sales growth indicates business expansion and successful sales strategies.

**Job Specifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Online Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Languages: A High Level of English and Spanish is mandatory. Other languages will be valuable.

- Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, platforms, and tools, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
