**Partnership Business Development Manager (Spain - Costa Del Sol)**

**Location**: Costa Blanca North and South (Based from the Benijofar Office)

**Status**: Full Time Contract (40 hours per week)

**Smart Currency Exchange** is a privately owned Foreign Exchange Brokerage whose primary role is to educate and help individuals manage their risk. We have achieved success in doing this through our consultative approach, our technology drive and through working as a team.

We are looking to double our company size over the next three years and recognise that a key area for growth and development is to increase our Real Estate related partners across the whole of the Costa Blanca region.

Key Performance Area’s (include but are not limited to):

- New Partnership Identification
- Partner creation through visits and communications
- Performance management
- Supporting the Account Manager with the development of new Partnerships

This is a business-to-business role and the key to success in this role entails working on the identification of potential partners and building on these relationships to then onboard the partner.

This is a sales role, therefore the ability to sell is essential. In addition, sound workload and organisational skills will also have an influence on success. The position will also focus on being an ambassador of our values of Customer Service, Respect and People.

Assistance will also be needed on occasion in the operational requirements of the Costa del Sol office.

**Requirements**:

- 2 Years Sales Experience in the Overseas Property Industry/Financial Services/Business Development or similar
- Experience in partnerships acquisition beneficial
- The ability to influence and drive performance
- Experience of working in a sales environment, as this is a Sales Role
- Computer Literate

This role will report directly into the Head of Private Client Partnerships. Once you have successfully passed your Probationary period, you will then be eligible to join the role specific bonus scheme. We offer:
