The Manager, Sales Development will work with our growing LDR and sales team within the European markets to expand qualified leads across Sumup products. You will be responsible to drive SQLs across the business by developing and implementing effective strategies, processes, tools, and methodologies.
**What you'll do**
- Collaborate with our marketing/CRM teams to develop, implement and lead growth strategies and channels that drive growth across the European markets
- Work closely with the LDR/Pre-sales teams to track targets, build forecasts and work on hiring quotas and commission management
- Conduct merchant audits & identify areas to improve funnel efficiency
- Design a sales toolkit (materials, content, pitches) to support faster and more accurate lead qualification as well as faster sales
- Liaise with internal teams such as product marketing, RevOps, etc. for any lead generation/qualification project
- Take on operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR/BDR team to excel and work with the RevOps team to improve tools being used across the team
- Act as a coach/trainer for LDRs/SDRs
**You'll be great for this role if**
- You have experience in Sales Development (Inbound or Outbound)
- You have implemented sales growth strategies, managed a sales team or worked as an individual contributor role which required cross functional coordination
- You have a great understanding of sales processes, have strong analytical skills and can utilize data to uncover new lead opportunities
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and cross-functional teams.
- You feel comfortable working with ambiguity and have ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- You have experience with Salesforce

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for creating all sales processes on our new field sales motion. You will be responsible for creating a toolkit for field sales resources such as displacement pitch, rate-card, commission plan, tracking mechanism and other content and materials to support deal conversion in the markets.
**What you'll do**
- Build and support the hiring plan of new field sales consultants throughout Europe
- Help to design, implement and communicate a commission plan for our team
- Liaise with the internal teams such as pricing, legal, market research, product, subscription and RevOps to create the right processes and product pricing proposition
- Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date with the latest progress and reports
- Budget tracking and ensuring the project meets financial targets
- Responsible for competitive benchmarking and competition strategy
**You'll be great for this role if**
- You have experience in sales management, sales enablement and sales effectiveness
- You have a proven track record of executing sales or operational strategies to create meaningful impact.
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You have experience using Excel and have data modeling skills to build forecasts and commission plans
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and cross-functional teams.
- You have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
