This role focuses on team leadership, pipeline generation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support overall commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Development ensuring strong performance and continuous development. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales function, including prioritization, workflows, and resource allocation. Define, monitor, and refine KPIs to improve productivity, lead qualification, and conversion metrics. Provide ongoing coaching through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and development plans. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and outreach initiatives. Ensure smooth handover processes and strong alignment with
