**What is our proposal?**

As a Content Team Lead you oversee the content that is produced for all channels, which means inspiring our team of copywriters and aligning with various stakeholders across the company. You will be responsible for all the travel content that our customers receive (during offer discovery, pre-trip, during trip and post-trip) ensuring they receive accurate and detailed information at every stage. On the other hand you will collaborate with the Marketing team to co-create the content calendar, campaign concepts and advertising material.

**What you will do?**
- Ensure that all the content that we produce is consistent with our company’s tone and mission.
- Manage our team of copywriters team (internal and freelancers), reviewing their work and providing guidance when necessary.
- Day-to-day management of the relationship with the internal stakeholders (product, marketing, etc) ensuring smooth delivery and quality work delivered.
- Responsible for all the information that our customers received during offer discovery, pre-trip, in-trip and post-trip, ensuring they have accurate and detailed information at every stage.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Native English level (high Spanish level is a plus)
- Great writing and editing skills
- You are a team player
- Creative mindset and passionate about travel
- Use SEO strategies in your writing to maximize visibility
- Knowledge in HTML, Wordpress and Google Analytics a plus.
