About the role:
The Content Marketing Lead role is responsible for executing the content strategy and production for Cambri. This role will work alongside the Marketing team to help advance our growth agenda.
Based in our Barcelona marketing hub, the Content Marketing Lead will help manage a personalization strategy for key EU and UK audiences to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time based on their persona, preferences, and behaviour.
This role includes working knowledge of and familiarity with content management operations, such as an editorial calendar, content creation workflows and processes and leveraging a robust publishing calendar.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage content initiatives and ensure identified audience-specific content needs in the EU and UK markets.
- Identify Thought leadership topics and develop content based on market intelligence, industry trends, and internal expertise to appeal to target audiences.
- Create impactful content for all stages of the marketing/sales funnel, to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, among other metrics.
- Oversee the production of content, partnering with internal and agency resources
- Distribution and activation of content, focusing on content workflows for regional channels and ensuring we are optimising the engagement for content and campaigns.
- Supported through data analysis, identify strategic local websites & 3rd party sites where content should be disseminated.
- Improve the discoverability, and promotion of content, synchronising efforts across SEO, social media, and syndication, among other channels.
- Partner with other Marketing team members and external partners to ensure alignment on the SEO strategy, metadata, keywords, taxonomy, localization, personalization, and content life cycle.
- Enquiry about content tracking and reporting on a regular basis to quantitative insights to the Content Strategist
- Maintain inventory of existing content and prioritize content needs and requests
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of Content marketing experience with a SaaS or B2B Software organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
- Excellent English written and oral communication and storytelling skills. A second European language is highly valued.
- Proven experience in SEO, content optimization, keyword research and analysis.
- Previous experience working with Hubspot Marketing Hub.
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across multiple geographies and cultures, as well as external contractors and agencies.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage content pipelines.
- Demonstrate grace under pressure and ability to adapt.
- A dual-minded approach: Creative and a great communicator, but data-driven decision-maker.
