**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, publication and reporting process of our content campaigns in Southern Europe
- Liase with our local marketers and Social Media managers globally to drive the social selling programme for our consultants
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure timely & high-quality delivery
- Lead the report & individual KPI management for each phase in the customer journey
- Liaise with stakeholders (internal & external) as well other marketing streams to maximise the impact of our content marketing programme

**Education and Experience**:

- 4+ years relevant experience in a content marketing role
- Experience with social media strategy and community management
- Familiarity of CMS (content management software) platforms

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Team player with the ambition to make a step change in the way content contributes to growing our business
- Curious to understand local priorities and deliver content programmes that maximize value for local teams
- Empathetic mindset with the ability to combine creative, project-focused and analytical thinking
- Successfully translate creative ideas in conversions across the different phases in the customer journey
- Previous experience of working in a matrix organisation a plus

**Specific requirements for the role**:

- Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian & English
- Portuguese and/or Turkish communication skills a plus
