We’re looking for an experienced Content & Communication Marketing Manager to join our growing team at PayFit Spain In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning our content marketing strategy and developing and overseeing our brand narrative. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll build high-quality, engaging content that creates and captures demand and drives business growth as well as increase PayFit brand awareness in the Spanish market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build best-in-class content marketing strategies and roadmap that increases awareness in our core audiences “pymes” and better connects us with customers and partnerships.
- Lead the editorial planning for the blog, to build content maps, recommending content topics and formats designed to nurture prospect through the buyer’s journey.
- Lead the operational marketing tactics in Spain to drive a consistent growth and brand awareness.
- Research, create, write, edit, and update content across various content streams, from blog posts, white papers and case studies to landing pages and ad copy.
- Optimize our content and build brand trust by creating and maintaining an ongoing website content, blog and backlink strategy.
- Monitor, track, and document content performance, and analyze data to determine the impact on revenue.
- Conduct ongoing SEO research, aligning our editorial strategy for organic growth.
- Manage content requests by working closely with Sales, Customer and Product teams as well as support key projects aimed to impact PayFit acquisition efficiency with content needs.
- Support the go-to-market strategy of new PayFit’s feature ensuring localization and relevancy in the Spanish market by building content assets.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance, utilizing GA4, social media analytics, and “in house” dashboards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to effectively answer the needs of our audiences.
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing, senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (you will work closely with our Marketing colleagues based in France and UK)
- 3-5 years experience in B2B content marketing and/or related roles (ideally some experience with SaaS)
- Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success with growing traffic and driving revenue through content marketingHands-on experience with website content, content marketing and communication (Events management is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset, with strong skills in data analytics and reporting.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to think creatively and work proactivelyTeam player who is proactive and thrives working with multiple teams.
- A passion for content with a portfolio showcasing B2B content (webpages, landing pages, SEO-driven content, etc.)
- Creative and passionate about storytelling and how to use it to create inspiration among our core audiences and differentiate from the competition.
- Solid understanding of SEO.
