**The Presales Consultant plays a critical role in promoting Lectra's Kubix Link/Retviews solutions to our prospects and customers. This individual analyzes and understands the clients' stakes, needs, and environment to meet their business and technical goals.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Working closely with the Presales Director and the Presales and Sales team, the Presales Consultant promotes and demonstrates the value of our products through**:

- **Supporting the Sales team in qualifying opportunities and defining proposals to meet customer needs;**:

- **Facilitating customer understanding of our value proposition through outstanding presentations, demonstrations, trials, and benchmarks;**:

- **Developing business cases for the sales team to support their proposals, including payback analysis;**:

- **Working closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements and identify their main expected outcomes;**

**The Presales Consultant presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team and ensures a smooth handover of projects to delivery teams.**

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Solid industry expertise and knowledge in digital transformation;**:

- **Strong value approach and ability to translate features into benefits that resonate with current customers' challenges;**:

- **Ability to create a desire for Lectra's solutions and engage the customer emotionally by creating a preference to buy and a feeling of fondness about the product or service;**:

- **Ability to share passion for new technologies and demonstrate their benefits;**:

- **Capability to assess business processes and identify how our products will improve them;**:

- **Capability to lead high-quality project delivery;**:

- **Capability to identify financial impacts of inefficiencies and build business cases with different scenarios;**:

- **Strong team player and ability to hand over complex projects to delivery and technical teams.**

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- **Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;**:

- **5 years or above working experience in sales, presales, consultancy, or industrial experience, preferably in a similar market as Lectra's offer**:

- **Knowledge of Kubix Link and Retviews is a plus**:

- **Fluency in English and Spanish**:

- **Willing to travel**

**LOCATION**

**The position is based in Spain**

**There will be 70% of travel to customer sites in EMEA, mainly Southern Europe
