Global Community and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community and Social Media Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments, and drive engagement and retention on our games: Hitman World of Assassination, Project 007, and Project Fantasy.

The role is a full-time permanent position from any IOI studio location; Barcelona, Brighton, Istanbul, Copenhagen, or Malmö.

**What you will do**:

- Manage daily activities on all relevant IOI game social media channels
- Create, develop, and manage content for our blogs, roadmaps, and all IOI‐owned social media pages
- Develop long-term planning calendars and manage processes to meet deadlines, including translation coordination
- Work with our design team to develop engaging visuals and infographics
- Craft strategies, big ideas, and innovative ways of engaging the fans and players of our games
- Perform research into what our competitors are doing and create reports on noteworthy initiatives
- Help produce assets for community campaigns (graphical, podcasts, live streams)
- Manage community activities on First Party Stores: PSN/XBL Events...
- Host, Produce, and Edit live streams for our key content and partner with key social media platforms to amplify (eg: Twitch Drops, Tik Tok...)
- Work with production to ensure bugs, and tweaks coming from the community are being addressed and fixed
- Draft ambassador strategies and own relationship with them with a view to drive views, engagement, and UGC
- Organise community events when relevant
- Assist with interviews, management of visitors and journalists
- Produce monthly reports for Brand & Community
- Help to manage asset submissions to 1st party channels
- Help with the distribution of assets to territories and partners.
- Work closely with communication, brand, creative and production teams.
- Develop innovative campaigns to achieve a range of KPIs, such as awareness, engagement, and retention.

**Who you are**:

- A first similar experience in Community, Streaming, and/or social media
- Experience working with social media, streaming, and community channels (Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube ), including moderation (comments, live chat, forums)Understanding of various cultures and territories.
- A passion for video games is mandatory
