**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented marketing and Social Media Manager to evolve our strong company presence. If you are a tech-savvy professional with excellent communication skills and a talent for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, we would like to meet you.

As a Social Media Manager you will develop content, manage communities and suggest creative ways to attract clients as well as talents, and promote our brand. This role is part of the Marketing team.

**Responsible for**:

- Creating and executing daily activities in social media
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Contributing to content production and management
- Creating engaging text, image, and video content
- Managing internal and external campaigns for brand visibility, events promotion, recruitment
- Organizing and supporting events, meetups, and conferences
- Providing marketing operations support

**Qualifications**:
**Skills Needed**:

- Proven work experience as Social Media Manager
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and organizing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- High standards and attention to detail
- A positive proactive approach to all tasks
- Excellent English skills

**What we require**:

- Location BCN (or Spain in general, if remote)
- Languages: Native (or C1) in English. Spanish or German is a plus.
- Experiences: 5+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in a similar role in online/digital agency-like or software/service provider business.
- High affinity to tech, digital, online, and social media
- You are used to working independently and with a global, remote team.
- You are familiar with working in a** **start-up mentality organization
- You are very proficient in Google Suite / MSFT Office, Slack

**Skills that make us smile**:

- Experienced in systems like Jira / Confluence
- You're a swift user of Adobe Experience Manager
- You know that Glassfrog is not an animal
