Tasks

The role
- Learnlife seeks a highly relational social media guru to share our story and grow our engagement across social media through quality content.
- We have a primary (Castelldefels) and a secondary hub (Enrique Granados 7) in Barcelona where learning and innovation happens and we want you to visit them regularly and be connected.
- Location: Barcelona home office, with regular visits to hubs.
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and own the content marketing and social media strategy to share our story, grow our community and increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, videos and graphics that align with our brand and audiences
- Build an active and engaged community on social media, responding to comments and messages, sharing relevant content and activating partners, advocates and influencers
- Curate content by regularly visiting our Hubs, attending events and collaborating with the team
- Maintain a consistent flow of live, evergreen and campaign content by managing the content calendar
- Optimise content for SEO and social platforms to increase visibility, improve search rankings and drive website traffic
- Consistently improve content marketing performance through monitoring and analysis of key metrics
- Produce engaging visual content using tools such as Canva and Adobe and working with our design team
- Use the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media and education to constantly improve performance

**Requirements**:
Who you are
- Several years experience as a content marketing or social media manager, ideally in a startup, education or edtech environment
- Proven track record of creating and delivering content that grows a community, increases awareness and generates engagement
- A true passion for social media with experience using content, social and analytics tools to deliver compelling content
- Familiar with using design and basic video editing tools eg Canva, Adobe
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling stories
- Experience with Canva/Adobe and short-form content production
- Native or bilingual proficiency is a MUST
- Experience running paid social media campaigns is a plus
