Description
As a Social Media Manager / Content Creator you will play a critic role in developing and executing our organizations’s social media and content marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our brand in a modern and dynamic way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content for all social media channels in both Spanish and English, including images, videos, infographics, and written content.
- Manage and moderate our social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure that content is published regularly online and on social media.
- Develop content in the form of blog articles, videos, images, and other digital media.
- Work with photographers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals for the content.
- Analyze social media metrics to identify trends, track performance, and optimize our social media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, Sales & Branding) to develop and implement campaigns that support our business goals and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain the editorial line, ensuring that all content adheres to it.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategies are innovative and effective.

Minimum requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience creating high-quality and engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus.
