Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The company is growing its global marketing team and is looking to attract a **Social Media and Digital Executive.**

The main task of the position is to support and execute the consumer marketing strategy for Establishment Labs across local social media channels.

The position reports to Marketing Manager. The position is based in the company’s marketing hub in Barcelona. The company has a home office policy but requires being at the office at least 3 days per week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the content creation process to ensure a consistent global brand identity with messages aligned with the global strategic plan
- Create digital messages and campaigns to engage consumers following the compliance guidelines in each market
- Community and customer Management - follow and respond customers’ social interactions and channel them into the right support process
- Measure, & report data analytics for business intelligence purposes

**Key qualifications and experience**
- Relevant University Degree
- Proven digital marketing experience within in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns
- Consumer brand marketing preferred
- Social Media management experience
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tactics, techniques, automation, campaign planning, branding and programs/software
- English Advanced is a must, Spanish or other multiple languages is preferred
