Due to the further growth plans of NCC Iberia, NCC Group are looking for a self-motivated sales professional to join the team as a Business Development Manager in Spain.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business development sales team in supporting the next phase of NCC’s growth. You’ll be joining a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning with expert peers both in sales and technical consulting.

**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for hunting net new opportunities and strategically selling our services across Spain. This opportunity will also require:
- A passion for prospecting and continually building a pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics.
- Owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management team.
- Exercising accurate forecast accuracy for both high-revenue complex and transactional deals.

**Your Experience**:
- 3+ years BSB IT Sales within in Technology, SaaS, Services or a consultative environment.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development environment.
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales cycles whilst maintaining a high pipeline.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism with accountability qualities.
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
