- We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.**Avid is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its EMEAA Loyalty and Business Development Sales team You will manage all sales activities in assigned territories for T3 accounts. The role is located in Spain and can be done from our office in Madrid, or from home.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Responsible for general account management. This includes: Being viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and using in-depth knowledge of Avid’ technology, products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction
- Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions
- Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Grows the pipeline weekly basis by +5%
- Uses Sales Force CRM for all activities and account/territory management
- Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs
- Develops and implements opportunity plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
- Achieves daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by management team while achieve +/- 5% forecast accuracy
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- You have excellent organizational and administrative skills
- You know how to operate under pressure, both on your own and within a team environment
- You demonstrate initiative and good judgment with an ability to maintain harmonious working relations at all times
- You have excellent communication skills & are confident using the telephone
- An active interest in Avid Technology & our products would be desired
