Appointment Booker / Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative in our Málaga office, you will book high-quality meetings with decision-makers across the Nordic construction market. The role
As a Business Development Representative, you focus on identifying potential customers and turning first contact into qualified meetings for our sales team. You work mainly with outbound activities, using phone and email to build a strong pipeline in the Nordic market.
What you will be doing
• Contact potential customers by phone and email.
• Ask smart questions to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
• Book high-quality meetings for our sales team and ensure a smooth handover.
• Keep customer and activity data up to date in our CRM.
• Contribute to team targets and KPIs and share ideas on how we can improve.
About you
• 2 to 5 years of experience in meeting booking, sales, telesales or a similar commercial role.
• Comfortable working towards activity targets and motivated by achieving and exceeding them.
• Strong and confident phone manner and able to keep conversations structured and clear.
• Curious mindset with good objection handling skills and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while being a positive team player in a busy environment.
• You speak and write Norwegian fluently and confidently and are comfortable using it throughout your working day. Swedish or other Nordic language skills are a plus.
